I have this crush on Square Foot Gardening, and last year I got all the supplies for it, so this year I was psyched to get it started.
It's not done yet--I still need to mix the soil and put it in--but I did weed the area where the soil belongs, and stick my weedcloth down (maybe a dumb move, but oh well) and my square.
I did it with Heather and the baby. Heather was kind enough to take pictures. We weeded together, and a cat from next door came by to cuddle us. It was pretty fun.
