We love Antoine Dodson. Last night we spent a while as a family watching YouTube video remixes of him. Please enjoy the following. And seriously--watch these videos, because you have no idea how awesome they are.

random thoughts

Save Fringe! Seriously, this show is awesome. Okay, so we haven't seen the third season yet, but we're almost done with Season Two and we're so psyched about number three. It would be so sad if the series ended prematurely.

My brother keeps moaning like crazy. Sometimes I wish he came with a mute button.

I finally look kinda preggo. On Thursday I had to pull the ole rubber band trick in order to wear my favorite pantalones.

The latest attempt to legalize gay marriage in Maryland failed. Does that makes the Maryland proponents of gay marriage bi-losing?

Funny how the AP notes the role black churches had to play in defeating the Maryland gay marriage bill. I thought only Mormons were to blame for that kind of thing.

I now officially weigh five pounds more than I did when I got pregnant. This is despite the fact that Baby D is an entire foot long and weighs, yes, over a pound. I think I suck at gaining pregnancy weight.

Don't worry. Everyone keeps telling me I will probably make up for it in the next three months.

This video makes me crazy in the coconuts:

the phillip principle

Okay, so I may relatively new to this whole Survivor thing, but I am not new to being a human being alive on this planet, so I can say with near certainty that that Phillip guy is the most annoying person ever. And that's even compared to last season's Naonka.

Last night, Carl and I coined what we dub "The Phillip Principle:"

If you want people to like you, stop being so annoying.

I think it's pretty self-explanatory. Good times.
